Our fees reflect the depth and duration of the work we do. We practice on a sliding scale where circumstances require it.
Our fee is revised by approximately 10 percent every year.
While the above are our standard fees, we practice on a sliding scale based on one's capacity to pay. This is discussed openly in the beginning sessions. Patients can enquire about a reduced fee slot should their circumstances require it. Depending on availability, it may or may not be possible to offer the same.
Fill the form on our website or write to us at psychotherapist.collective@gmail.com. You do not need to explain everything — just that you are interested and whether you are looking for individual or couples work.
We will arrange a few initial consultations with a therapist. This will be an opportunity for both of you to get a sense of each other and decide together whether this is the right fit for the treatment.
If you and your therapist agree to proceed, you will establish a regular time schedule. Frequency is decided jointly. The first weeks are about settling in and finding a rhythm.
Before committing to ongoing work, you will meet with a therapist for one or two initial consultations. These are an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, to ask any questions you may have, and to get a sense of whether you and the therapist wish to work together.
There is no obligation after a consultation to continue with the same therapist. The fit between patient and therapist matters enormously, and we take it seriously.
