To request for a consultation with a therapist at the Collective, we require you to fill up a brief assessment form.

You can fill up the form directly, HERE

At present, due to the COVID-19 situation, our office space is closed. You will not be able to reach us on the phone number for the time being, so please make all contact through website application form or email.

Once we receive your form, we will get in touch with you in about 48 hours, two days time.

Many times, we may not immediately have the scope to accommodate you for long term therapy work because all slots may be booked. This is especially so for certain times of the week such as weekday evenings and weekends. It can take upto a few months from the time of first contact for a matching slot to open up, if at all.

However, at all times, we are able to offer to meet for a one-time consultation sooner, usually within a week to ten days. This consultation helps the therapist and patient understand the present difficulty and need for therapy better. It can be used to address any questions that patients may have and for them to understand the therapy process. This consult also works toward coming upon the best treatment recommendations for the patient - what kind of therapy will be best suited, whether a psychiatric consult seems necessary, suggestions about referrals to other therapists if the need is urgent, and a realistic sense of whether and when they can be accommodated by a therapist at the Collective.

Please note that the therapist one meets for this one-time consultation may or may not be the therapist assigned for long term work in the future. It is important to note that even once a therapist has been allotted for regular long term work, it can still take up to three consultations to explore whether this would be the best therapist-patient fit in the interest of therapeutic work.

The consultation is strictly by a mutually decided appointment, usually set up a few days ahead of time.

Our office is at South Delhi and we will share our full address with you once the appointment is confirmed.

At present, due to the COVID-19 situation, we are only offering consultations online.

Should you not wish to seek this one-time meeting, we can try our best to help with referrals to other therapists/organisations in your area that may be able to attend to you more suitably.

If you have any other queries, feel free to write in to us at our email or call us.
